Hopefully I won’t be too tired by the time I get out of work: I have a 6:45 start, which will probably kick the crap out of me. I’m still going to try to be productive afterward:

• finish cleaning!!!!
• work on the new tunage
• try to hunt down my missing car insurance packet

A rare day off! I’ll probably end up sleeping in, as I’m up way too late again. Once I’m done with that, the plan includes:

• finish the cleaning of the room (somewhat)
• hunt down the Cubase box that is suddenly missing (nah)
• get my banking done (check)
• work on the new tunage (fail)

I wasn’t quite as productive as I had hoped. I wish I could find a way to get my procrastination under control. Sheer willpower isn’t working.

The plan for tomorrow today is simple…mainly, taking my old iBook in for a trackpad repair (done!) and cleaning my room (somewhat done). Hopefully I’ll be able to get in some keyboard practice and/or some work on my latest musical production (neither, although I did manage to get some gear listed for sale!).

I may have finally gotten to the gym, but there’s still a lot of other stuff left to do… (I opted to make this a two-day post because of a 15-hour workday squeezed in there)

• credit union and Target after work check
• pay credit card check

When I went to the credit union, I discovered that my tax refund came in, so I proceeded with the third and final phase of my 2008 studio technology upgrade plan, which rendered the Target trip unnecessary. Hopefully my new gadget will arrive sometime around Wednesday. Apart from all that, I got squat done. It doesn’t help that I think I’m coming down with something.

Today I think I shall take a do-over from yesterday.

I was just too tired after getting home and eating that I fell asleep watching the Sabres game after dinner. Of course, that meant that I was full of energy when I woke up around 11:45. I was planning to go to the gym tomorrow morning as well, since I don’t have to be at work until 12, but I think I’ll just sleep in now.

Working 8-5:30 today, but I won’t be going on much sleep. That will determine how the day goes, methinks.

Yecch. Epic fail on all counts. About the only productivity I managed was to get my nightly tasks done in their entirety for the second straight night.

Not a whole lot on the agenda for today.

• go to the credit union and the gym!!! put off due to staying up too late last night

• call and get my work schedule check

Despite not getting to the gym today, I plan to make up for it in the coming days. I’m working day shifts for most of this week, so I can just go straight from work. (of course, that means I need to get my sleep cycle adjusted so that I’m not dead tired when I get out!) As for today, I did manage to export from Cubase the last of the old material that I wanted to save before I nuke the iBook and fully throw myself into Logic.

So I fell off the wagon again. I’m getting pretty annoyed with myself now. I’ve asked WMWG to keep on top of me about things like this…I think I stand a much better chance of sticking with it if I have her helping me. So, without further ado, here we go…!

I’m off, so I fully intend to be somewhat productive today. *dur* (And that means more than just playing with the softsynths in Logic!)

• start porting my Cubase projects (not many, thank goodness) into Logic

I’m going to go light on the to-dos today because my amazon shipment is supposed to arrive today and I want to maximize my time to install and play with Logic!

Turns out I was too pumped up to play with Logic to go to the gym. I’m over it.
